The idea behind this blog is to create awareness about the historic as well as the present moments many sports have given us. The blog will also cover the performance side of sports through the eyes of support staff while educating people about many things. We are a small team of content creators with a passion for working in-about-for sports. If you think we can help you out with our skill-set, reach out to us. We look forward to working with you.

Meghan Belsare

Author & Owner

Over 3 years of versatile work in the field of Sports performance and rehabilitation. A rich and proven track record of working with varied age groups, attending to as young as 6 yr old athlete to even a 55-60 year old sports enthusiast. My work ranges from training elite talent to nurturing young and developing players. My vision is to develop a better ecosystem for sports across the world due to experiencing unfortunate futures of some of the brightest sports persons failing to earn a living for themselves and eventually under-performing. I hope to bring a balance to the field I work in by providing unbiased and quality services whilst gaining priceless experience. This is my own small attempt at achieving that balance.
